1. How do I update my LateLet advert?
Click here to go to your private advert editing area. You will be asked for your user name and password, see No.2 if you have misplaced your password details. Once in your editing area you can choose from the following options;
a. View your property advert(as a customer)
b. View your availability calendar(as a customer)
c. Edit your general property details update any text contained on your advert
d. Update your rental prices, enter prices for the future or a last minute special offer and receive priority listing.
e. Update your property availability calendar to help maintain accurate information for customers(you can also link to your calendar from others sites)
f. Replace any photos, swap and change any of your 11 photos to keep you advert fresh and up to date.
g. Add or change photo descriptions, if you do add photos or change photos then you can also add a suitable description for each one which will appear beneath the picture.
h. See customer comments, view any comments made by past customers or add your own.

2. How can I find out my password?
When your property advert first went live on LateLet.com you will have received an email containing a private password and instruction explaining how to update your advert. If you have misplaced these password details then you can request that you password be re-sent by clicking here, you will be asked to enter your email address. (It's important that you use the same email address that you had when you added your details originally). If you have any difficulties please contact us at LateLet.com for assistance.


3. How much information do I write about my property?
When a viewing customer looks at your advert they will be hoping to find out as much relevant information about your property as possible. Descriptions of the accommodation facilities, kitchen bedrooms and bathroom will be useful. Information about the local area and tourist attractions or places of interest will help.

If you had a choice between 2 basically similar properties, one with a quick summary of the property and location, the other with in depth descriptions of the facilities, amenities and local attractions which would you be more likely to book?

Basically add as much information as your possibly can, if you can find any information already on the internet then you could always copy and paste the text on to your LateLet advert.


4. How do I change my photos?
On your LateLet advert you can add up to 11 pictures of your property, these can be changed for new ones at any time. Follow this link to find out how to add and change photos on your Latelet advert.


5. How do I add descriptions to my photos?
Go to your advert editing area using your password details, once there you can simply select the appropriate link form the menu. You will then see each photos used on your advert with a text box beneath, add the description to 1 or all of the photos and click the update button.


6. How much does it cost to advertise my property on LateLet.com?
Advertising costs vary according to the length of subscription and the number of property adverts you have on Latelet.com. Follow this link for a full breakdown of subscription fees.


7. Adding the availability calendar to my own website?
There are 2 options for adding your availability calendar:
1. Add a simple text link to your own website or other website
2. We can supply you with the relevant HTML code to add into your web page, this will then produce a button on your web page which when clicked will open a pop-up window.


8. How to get the most out of your advertisement.
From all the feedback we receive from property owners advertising through LateLet.com we find that the most successful ones are those who regularly update their advert on a weekly basis. Update your advert regularly allows you to maintain accurate availability through your calendar and also let's you offer any last minute deals. In short the most up to date advert are displayed ahead of others in customer searches so it follows that these properties will receive the most business.

Here are a few pointers to help you get the most out of your LateLet advertisement.
a. Make sure your advert is well written and makes your property sound attractive to a viewing customer your property. Remember that our customers are from all over the world and clear, precise adverts will help attract new customers.
b. TRY NOT TO WRITE YOUR ADVERT IN CAPITAL LETTERS AS THIS IS PROVES VERY DIFFICULT TO READ.

9. How quickly will changes appear on my advert?
Any changes you make, whether they may be text changes, price updates or new photos will appear instantly on your advert. This is the reason why your LateLet advert is potentially so successful, if you have a cancellation or no show then you can access your advert details and enter a late rate instantly to your advert. This will not only be seen by customers straight away but will receive priority listing in the searches to help you try and find a customer.
